Support the MEL Manager in the development of effective M&E tools that can be implemented by field staff and partners.
Identify sources of data, collection methods, who collects data, how often, cost of collection and who analyzes it.
Develop criteria and evaluation scheme for the project impact, benefit and sustainability.
Oversee and execute M&E activities included in the Annual Work Plan, with focus on results and impacts. This
