Job Description
Partner with Functional/ departmental leadership teams teams in driving HR agenda across all elements of Employee Life Cycle
Execute the people strategy as set by the HR Manager on the following: Business Transformation, Performance, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and Culture
Work with the business unit, Centers of Excellence, and HR Shared Services to implement HR policies and programs
Assess the current state of the business unit, proactively identify issues, and collaborate with other HR Offices to develop programs and solutions
Provides a transactional HR service to managers, supervisors and general staff on the leave, salary slips, health insurance and other employee related queries
Ensures customer queries are escalated to the right level and right stakeholder until they are resolved to customer satisfaction
Advises and supports employees in understanding HR policy and services, and accessing service provider
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships with HR Leadership, Business Leadership, wider HR community and Employees
Guide and advise line managers on organizational effectiveness and general HR issues, and provide basic Employee Relations guidance prior to escalating cases to appropriate parties.
