Job Description
Develop HR policies in line with the overall company policy
Develops the business plan for the department, Participates in and contributes to the Annual Business Plan for the company
Develops the overall HR strategic plan for the company, gives input into the overall company strategic plan
Designs, Reviews and updates administration management practices in accordance with new or changing environmental policies, standards, regulations, or laws.
Ensures all positions are appropriately graded and that relevant salary structures have been developed
Implements a performance management system
Develops a performance oriented culture by developing and implementing performance appraisal processes.
Develops and implements a link between performance and reward
Leads in Ensuring that all key positions in company are appropriately manned that successors to current incumbents have been identified.
Prepares annual training and development budget for the company and implementation of training and development plans.
Leads the HR team in planning, setting objectives, performance management and ensure that quarterly, half yearly and annual reviews are carried out for the team.
